Lantiq GmbH

Infineon hat im November 2009 den Halbleiterbereich "Wireline Communication Business" an die Kapitalgesellschaft "Golden Gate Capital" verkauft, die daraus die neue Firma "Lantiq" gründeten. Im April 2015 wurde Lantiq von Intel übernommen.
