Arrow hat im Januar 2011 die Nu Horizons Electronics übernommen. Der europäische Teil "Nu Horizons Electronics Europe" wurde vollständig in Arrow Central Europe integriert.

Zum 1. Oktober 2009 hat Arrow seine beiden Distributionsfirmen SPOERLE und SASCO zu einer Firma mit dem Namen Arrow Central Europe GmbH zusammengeführt.
